  I had a 1 hour manicure appointment. Which turned into 15 minute session due to use of rusty instruments that were mercilessly ripping my cuticles out, leaving blood behind. 2 nails after I couldn't take the site of ruining my hands anymore, so I said thanks, but that's enough and left. I was seriously afraid that rusty tools will infect me through those cuts. Unacceptable work! Never again. Worst manicure in my life.

  Not a good experience. They rescheduled the day before. Instead of the 60 minutes Luxury facial, I got 40 minutes of a very basic facial, with loud music and bad attitude to boast. I also left their shop with a red face. The lady who did my facial clearly did not want to be there and didn't care. The products are average. Not recommended. Go somewhere else.
