::AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Booked an appointment for massage while staying in Copenhagen on vacation. Myself and my mother arrived on time, and were told to sit in waiting room by a rude male employee. Waited for some time before a girl came through and asked us what we were waiting for. Apparently, the male employee didn't bother to let her know. Changed and escorted into a room with three beds. A woman came out, didn't speak a word, and proceeded to dump a bunch of oil on my back. The massage was not a massage, but a bunch of light sloppy, strokes drenched in oil. She had zero massage experience whatsoever, and seemed severely irritated by the whole thing. When I asked her to apply any pressure whatsoever she became upset. At the end of the massage she left the room without saying a word. I thought she went to retrieve something, so waited, but she never returned. As we dressed and left, another employee was sitting in the pedicure room. Her dog was lying in one of the pedicure baths scratching himself. The woman looked up from her desk with a scowl. I would have left 0 stars, but allowed one for a 2nd masseuse, who tried to apologize , and explain to the 1st woman that she had no idea what she was doing. Please Find another place!!! This is a disastrous excuse for a spa!!

::Very expensive even for Copenhagen and exceptionally poor quality mani/pedi. The nail technician filed my nails such that strips of lower level nails remained and with scratches all over the top surface of the nails. She seemed unwilling to do her work, not even using two hands when filing and pushing back cuticles. She was unable to apply nail color correctly - there continued to be bubbles in the coat that she could not fix, either with applying additional coats or removing and starting fresh. I had to take the polish off as soon as I got home. She did offer for me to come back the next day which I was unable to do because I left town. I should have asked for a refund but did not have the time to deal with it then.

::Excellent place to go for a relaxing manicure or pedicure. The staff always do an excellent job and are very friendly.

::Went in to whiten my teeth but had a stain on them and the employee, Jens, didn't know what would happen he said, but told me that we should try. After the treatment, my stain became worse and he blamed me for saying that I wanted to try. He told me to pay because I couldn't prove that he said we should try. Worst service ever. Never going back and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away.

::Jeg havde bestilt en tid til en luksus ansigts behandling til min dejlige kæreste en uge i forvejen´. Hun havde ventet med spænding hele ugen med og komme derind og da dagen endelig kom og jeg fik sat hende ud i taxaen, kommer hun grædende tilbage 300 kr fattigere på taxa kørsel. Da hun var kommet derud til DermaBelle centeret, på dronningens Tværgade, bliver hun mødt af en sur mand, (JENS), som hånligt, grinene og nærmest ligeglad siger til min kæreste, at hun kan godt vende snuden hjem igen for pga sygdom har de ikke tid til hende alligevel og det var bare ærgeligt for hende og uden nogen form for kompensation eller lign lbiver hun vinket ud af døren igen. Jeg prøvede og ringe derud dagen før og bekræfte min aftale men den dag `VIRKEDE` deres tlf ikke. (Amatøragtigt og uprofessionelt) Min kæreste bliver derefter sendt hjem igen med den besked at hun kan komme igen senere på dagen, selvom vi havde reserveret en uge i forvejen og nu vi nybagte forældre, så pga DermaBelle har jeg nu en rigtig skuffet kæreste og 300 kr fattigere på spildt taxa kørsel. Envidere forlanger de selv man ringer og aflyser sin aftale min 48 timer før, ellers vil man blive bonget for 50 % af beløbet. Jens, som han hed ham jeg snakkede med, sagde at de havde prøvet og ringe fra de åbnede for og aflyse, men hvem finder ud af 1 time før behandling af den dyre slags, at de ikke har tid alligevel. Det er på ingen måde iorden, uden kompensation eller lign, tværtimod, med den besked om og komme igen senere. Puha DERMABELLE,I SKULLE FANDME SKAMME JER: Hold jer fra stedet, de er amatører.
