  The older lady at the front desk didn't want to open an account for me because I was "too late", even though the bank was still open for another 20 minutes. No worries, saves me a lot of time with that kind of customer service and I went to Danske Bank

  Had the worst bank experience at this branch today. After my number was called and I stood in front of the desk the lady who should have assisted me decided to giggle with her colleague and engage in a conversation. The lady then decided to send me back for showing a job centre document, which was stamped but not signed. She confirmed I only needed a signature for the acceptance of the letter. She had insufficient knowledge of the rules and regulations in question. As a result I was sent back and forth twice for a letter, that would later be refused by an old Danish lady working there, even with a signature. I was not given an apology and the customer service was horrendous. It took four staff members to come to an agreement, an absolute waste of time.

  Det er sløv service og ikke et sted man benytter medmindre man er tvunget til det. Det er OK at de har automater, men det er vist også det positive at nævne.

  Ringe service, ved kassen af den ældre dame. Gå på pension, hvis ikke du gider at arbejde mere, i stedet vi andre skal se på du er sur hele tiden.
