  Do yourself a favour, do not go to this branch, or Danske Bank. I had all the documents I needed for opening a bank account, but was denied, wrongly and illegitimately according to EU policy, to do so by a rude bank teller. The first thing she asked was "What do you need it for?" Hello?? Like what does a student need a bank account for?. The next thing she said was "I do not think you need one. We do not open a bank account for short-term customers. Well, unless you bring a job contract." MEANWHILE I already got my CPR number AND residence permit AND a university enrolment letter with me. RUDE and unacceptable. SMH UPDATE: I went to another branch of Danske Bank and the staff guided me through the procedure in less than 5 minutes. Seriously the bank teller who refused to help me does not deserve to be sitting at the front desk if all she does is tell customers "We do not do it."

  24 timers atm hvor der kan hæves danske og euro. I bankens åbningstid kan der Ydermere hæves dollers. Der er også en automat til indbetalinger.

  Bad service, all of my friends who are international students can open bank accounts here in Denmark but I got the answer like no, you don’t need a bank account here. First time I had gotten the answer quite positive from other staff but then It turned out really disappointing at the second time when I went with all necessary documents.I went there twice and got different answers, really wasted my time.

  Sur ansat der virkede som om vi bare var irriterende da vi kom for at få rådgivning. En bank der er ligeglad med deres kunder og ikke er interesseret i nye kunder hvis de ikke har et store bankbehov.

  For all foreigners, avoid this branch the stuff is very rude and not helpful. Meget dårlig service. Det ved jeg ikke hvis en gammel dame som sidder på bag en kasse har haft dårligt dag man fik ikke noget oplysninger I forhold konto oplysninger...
