  Vi har gennem flere år fået passet vores hund på Vejlegaarden og både hund og ejer er altid meget tilfredse. Vores hund kan ikke vente med at komme ind i hans nye omgivelser, når bagageklappdn bliver lukket op :-)

  We recently had our dog with Vejlegaarden for a week. Given all the good reviews, it seemed like a no-brainer. Sadly, it was a rather terrible experience. The smiling staff is merely a front for a business that clearly has no interest in the well being of your loved family member. How is one to know? A happy dog on collection is merely proof of "thank God you came! Get me out on here". Our dog could hardly walk from a cramped bladder. He was disoriented and dehydrated and urinating a could rusty brown color. More than likely he hadn't been out that day at all. In addition, he was suffering from cold and cough symptoms requiring antibiotic treatment by a veterinarian (not kennel cough), possibly brought on by being cold in his cage. Do yourself and your loved pet a favor, find somewhere else (God forbid you wish to collect on a weekend). Look beyond the charming setting. Your pet needs love and care while you're away, anything short of that is torture.
