  A decent learning institute as a part of the local hospital. Buildings and classrooms seem fairly old and outdated, and public transport to the area is pretty bad (especially if you're arriving from campus), and finding the correct place can become very confusing. That being said, it's got most things needed for any curriculum and a cantine.
