I've had worse. But also a lot better. + Room felt clean + Impressive and spacious lobby + Classic TV channels and a good world selection + Have 2-room family rooms, perfect for families. + Bed was comfortable, although a bit small + bottle openers in room (surprisingly many hotels lack these) + Real desk in room - Many service mistakes I don't expect from a premium hotel No new wine glasses after cleaning, toilet brush missing, cleaning cloth left in bathroom, no bathroom floor mat on day one - Sofa-bed has atrocious comfort level for sleeping, and lack-luster comfort for sitting - Failed to provide allergy-friendly breakfast despite advance notice and promise to have a large selection - poorly planned lighting, can't have sofa lamp on without roof lighting on at the same time Overall comment: Breakfast has standard assortment, but high quality on all items Nothing with the hotel makes me want to revisit it though...

Good location but no AC if you keep the window open it's noisy and the window does not open completely.

We stayed for 3 nights. Beds were very comfortable, and the room had a fantastic view of the city. Im only giving 3 stars are we were woken up every night from road noise (including sirens) and the sound of the lifts going up and down all night. We also had some poor experiences with the restaurants in the hotel, and the recommendations for restaurants near by (which are few and far between, and you'd better like italian). The location was a bit of a pain too, as you have to get the metro constantly in and out of town.

Good location with short walk out of the city. Has the city's only casino (but not formed to try). Rooms are OK but just a little tired. Good shower pressure which is a positive!

Very nice hotel 🏨. It has ice cube machines on some floors and a beautiful view of the city once you get up towards the top. The rooms have good room to move around and there are both restaurants, a casino a cocktail bar and a place to buy clothes. Would definitely recommend trying this hotel
