Very lousy service. They will charge their customers 150 kr for a printed copy of the bank statement, then when you say it's too expensive they will make you look stupid by saying "why didn't you go to the library to print?" -- as someone very new to Denmark, we knew nothing about it and should have been offered other options. So, yeah, closed my account and opened to the other one. Really bad customer service overall, specially if you're not Danish.
