  Meget profesionelt, skulle have taget pas foto, blev lavet på 5 minutter fik så også rep. min Iphone til en god pris, god oplevelse.

  First off, despite a fancy web portal for ordering pictures for print, they have not figured out how to give a simple email message of when the order is ready, leaving it up to the customer to guess and hope when exactly the Next Day ordering is ready. Do they mean 24 hours? Ready when it's ready? Better call down and be told that "it depends on when you ordered them", as if that wasn't obvious enough. Could they not just tell me when I ask, so I don't have to go on my assumption that it's ready when I hope and risk having wasted a trip? Secondly, apparently 30x40 cm means up to 5mm extra, leaving it to "caveat emptor" on whether it is properly trimmed. For this purpose they leave a hastily made template that seems to be constructed to the same standard of accuracy. They have a print shop made for this, and measuring tools that are far more accurate than is available to me when picking up the prints, yet they can't be assed to ensure an accurate cut for the buyer? So this is my "beware" to other potential buyers. The print was nice to look at, but the service is severely lacking.
