  Always a pleasure to visit. Had my watch in for service (still under warranty) and it was fixed in 2 days without any issues.

  I visited klarlund in order to attempt purchase my inaugural Rolex. I enquired about models I have viewed and I was literally laughed at by the staff because I had enquired about a model with a waiting list. After that I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store. Questions I had were answered with a smug and elitist tone. After this disappointing visit, I visited Bucherer, in Illum. Staff were much more helpful and friendly.
