::Great place to learn meditation correctly for all levels. There is always a nice welcoming atmosphere among people at Kadampa Meditation Centre. The main teacher, Kadam Adam, teaches many inspirring subject that have helped me a lot with overcoming stress, anger and attachment. Besides mediation, then he teaches about compassion, kindness, love, forgiveness, how to deal with our human problems and how to controle the mind. What stick with me the most are the quotes "Always rely on a happy mind alone" and "change your mind change your world." Every class has 1 or 2 meditations in them and precious teachings that are more than 2500 years old, and comes from Buddha himself. I can hight reccomend anyone to come by the Centre and get this wonderful experience for yourself. Kind regards, Sophie
