  Elendig kundeservice! Jeg indleverede min iPhone 6 til service, fordi kameraet på fronten var gået løs. De beholdt telefonen i 11 (!) dage, og returnerede den uden at have repareret den. Begrundelsen var, at det skulle gå via min mobiloperatør "3". Spild af min tid - og jeg fik end ikke en undskyldning! Undgå at bruge dine penge her

  They didn't fix my laptop but I needed to pay 500 kr only for the diagnosis which didn't include saving the data. The staff wasn't helpful and they didn't warn me in English (even if they were able to speak it fluently) beforehand about the costs neither the repair process. I also had to ask several times to get the diagnosis translated into English. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. I would recommend to take the computer somewhere else. Now I have the same broken computer I brought them and 500 kr less in my account to fix it.
