  Not really happy with the customer service of Fynbus. Apart from the fact that buses are coming late or leaving early which I kind of got used to, I had a bad experience when my card didn't work properly and I lost some money because I had to buy tickets at the bus (which is more expensive) plus when I finally changed my card (after calling the customer center where they promised to get back to me when they figure out why my card doesn't work properly and they never did) personally at the customer center, I lost more money because they apparently couldn't change the number of days I bought before (considering when I was on holidays, so now I paid for the days I was out of the country). In conclusion, I try to avoid using the bus (and paying a lot of money for lame service) whenever I can. The one star is for the free WiFi on the bus which is nice and works (most of the time).

  Great service and took very good care of my non-danish wife who does not have a CPR number and therefore needed special service to make a travel card. I would at any time go back to FynBus for additional service.

  Aldrig har jeg oplevet så dårlig kundeservice, jeg går ind i bussen for at få hjælp til sms billet, fordi jeg ikke er for området af. Men han kunne/gad ikke at fortælle mig hvilken zone vi stod i og hvor mange der var til min destination! Troede jeg man havde styr på når det er ens job!! Så sagde han at bussen køre om 20 sekunder og du skal ikke med!!!! Hvis jeg kunne give minus stjerner så havde jeg satme gjort det...
