  Seriously the easiest and best car rental office I have ever used. After so many times dealing with very poor service with other rental companies - everything was right here! This includes (using examples where other rentals have failed in the past): Price competitive comparied to others: The car was ready: we got the actual car we booked: the car was clean and well maintained: baby seat was easy to use/clean, quick to answer any email questions or communications. Also easy pick up/drop off from the ferry terminal and no dodgy claims of damages and marking up the repair price. Finally the best part was my error with the pick up time, but they were exceptionally accommodating and wasn't a problem. A+++
