  Good discount in Christmas, but the shopping experience is annoying. The only and one Chinese staff is so unprofessional and unfriendly. I asked 3 times help from her and all were refused. She said she didn't have time, kept aksing me to wait but never come back to me. I hope it is not because I am Chinese as well. I know everyone was busy at that moment but all other staffs were willing to help me if I asked. I feel so disappointed about her and training program of Ecco.
