  Wij huurden een huis in Bork Havn - huis was ietswat gedateerd met redelijk veel luxe - waarvan echter veel dingen niet naar behoren werken ) let wel op dat de Stroom prijs in denemarken redelijk hoog is. Huisje was niet geheel schoon maar met een beetje schoonmaakmiddel was dat snel opgelost. Dingen aangegeven in de brochure waren niet aanwezig - ik heb op mijn vakantie geen zin om hierover discusses te voeren maar check dit wel even. Rondom het huisje was het ronduit slordig losse tegels en niet onderhouden. (dit was niet op de foto's bij het boeken te zien) we zijn veel op stap geweest dus hebben hier niet veel hinder van gehad. Echter voor de zomer is dit niet aan te raden. Tip : maak vooraf en nadien foto's van de gasmeter - Elektriciteitsmeteren en van alles in het huisje. Conclusie : denemarken is een leuk land maar ik zou niet meer bij zo'n grote organisatie boeken.

  DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! We had a huge problem with this rental company. Worst customer service of my life. Will never ever rent from them again. No refund and no alternative rental house offered. Could not reach the local office by phone during business hours. When we complained to the main office, the local office lied about the temperature in the house and when we persisted, they then made up lies that we left the house dirty, which we did not. Save yourself the trouble and stay away. Here's the full story: on a Thursday, we rented a car, packed up everything with my wife and 1 year old daughter, then drove to the rented house. When we got there, it was about 20:00. The heat pump was on already, but it was about 15C. We unpacked, turned the heat up a little and tried to start a fire in the stove, until we noticed it was unsafe to have a hot fire because the tile was fallen off the wall behind the stove and our baby right on the other side of the wall. We waited 3 hours, hoping the heat pump would work, but the temperature did not change. So we packed up everything, woke up our baby and drove back home to Copenhagen, and finally were in bed at 1am. In addition to the non-functional wood stove, the beds were in bad shape and there was a huge gap in the middle of the bed. Also, the dishwasher did not have a front cover.
