::Venlige, servicemindede, rimelige priser. Satte blandt andet nyt stykke kædeskærm på min cykel til eftersyn uden beregning, fordi cyklen var købt hos dem fra ny få måneder før, og et stykke af kædeskærmen var faldet af.

::Went there to get a simple rear wheel inner tube changed. They fixed it great, but claimed there was an issue with the front one (bear in mind it had worked fine for months). Apparently the tube was too big for the tire and they took a lot of air out, telling me to drive carefully. Right afterwards, as I was going down a hill, the air in the front tube then rushed out and caused damage to the tire itself. I would've stopped but the brakes were also completely loosened for some reason (this was not a problem before I went to the shop). To top it all off, the rear tube I got replaced punctured three days later. Not pleased. I ended up (on top of the original tube replacement) having to pay for a new tire and 2 new tubes.

::Efter at have kæmpet tre uger med en online cykelshop for at få de dele jeg skulle bruge til at sætte min frontkurv på, gav jeg til sidst op og gik lidt tilfældigt ind til Cykelbutikken. Jeg fik det beslag jeg skulle bruge og de satte kurven + et nyt støtteben på på en halv time og så endda til en rigtig fin pris! De er rigtig venlige og hjælpsomme - vil til hver en tid komme tilbage dertil.

::I got my bike serviced plus a basket installed. I thought the prices were reasonable and that the people were helpful. I also rented here on another occasion and that was also great!

::I've been to a lot of bike shops over the time, but nothing beats the service here. They don't say everything on your bike needs to be changed so they get more money. The prices are good too, and they really know what they are doing. A lot of customers for a reason.
