  Called the number to ask if they have the 3D roll top backpack in store - because 4 days of shipping is simply too long - have to wait for 8 minutes to speak with a customer service, only to be told that their system 'went down' and she cannot see the stock in store (apparently the customer service and the store were in separate places). The only solution she gave was for me to go to the store and check, if they don't have the backpack then they will help me to order it online. Yeah. Sounds efficient and convenient

  More expensive than other countries. Unhelpful staff. Never been greeted!

  I have been there to buying some shoes but not find what I want in the shop,so after that I'm chose using online websites

  Expensive compared to other Adidas shops around Europe. The staff could be a little bit more friendly and helpful.

  Bad service, they Said My pair of Yeezy's sete late with the delivery and now it's been 3 and a Half week since they came out.
