  Exquisite steak house in kolding! The salmon is incredible and the beef is delicious.

  No premade plates, you have to compose your own, which makes this a random experience. As you can see from the picture, you can choose his your main order (a slice of meat) is to be prepared, and what to go with it. Be aware that there are no vegetables on your dish if you just order beef and baked potato/fries. You're obviously supposed to use the salad bar to supply your needs here. Just a few wines are offered by the glass or half bottle. The creme brulleé is cold and the sugar flamed earlier, which makes it a rather bad experience. Try the ice instead, that seems like good quality. The prices are quite high if you think about what you get. To beefs, two baked potatos, three glasses of wine, ice cream, creme brulleé and one coffee for just short of 1000DKK. This is very high compared to what you have to give for decent food elsewhere, and in my opinion not worth it, sorry. The service is good though. What you get is very good though, but they have a lot of potential here, let the chefs show what they are good for!
