  Nice city mall with casual clothes and quality design thing. The last floor has a good choice of tasty food places. Great view from the roof! Opened until the evening, very useful on a rainy day. Nice design of the interior, bright and specious :)

  A typical mall in the city. Bit costly but has most of the things in single place. Dining experience is too good

  I want to love Illum, but sometimes the customer service is just terrible. On my recent visit I simply wanted to buy a bottle of a specific face serum. I stood in the section for almost 10 minutes looking for someone who could assist me, and when finally I was able to flag someone down, they were quite rude. From now on I’ll save the hassle and order online, or just give my business to Sephora where they’re much friendlier and actually helpful.

  Very nice department store located in the center of Copenhagen, a must visit. Great food and friendly service. Huge range of designer or local brands. 5 stars 🤗
