  They don’t care, they just want your money. Disappointed by their lack of sympathy for guests with legitimate excuses and circumstances that require a change in reservation with over a months notice. They use words like “it was already pre-paid” and “you used a promotion” to excuse themselves from refunding you. Things happen and hotels should be willing to understand and go above and beyond to service guests. Definitely do not recommend.

  Great location, friendly staff and a very nice breakfast. Rooms are nice and functional with fun touches like checking for monsters under the bed! Room size is fair and the beds are comfy. The room I had did joy have any separation from the shower and rest of the bathroom (aside from the curtain) so I needed to place a towel on the floor to prevent getting wet feet/socks after. Not a big deal, but surprised me. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit if the rates are within our policy. The only complaint I could provide is that there is only one elevator (lift) and it can be slow. I wasn't able to find easily accessible stairs which would have been nice, especially after an evening of dining in Copenhagen!

  Stayed for 4 nights and wasn't disappointed. The staff were all very friendly and the service was fantastic. The decor in the room I stayed in was a little dated, but the room was cosy and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee is good to.

  Ci sono stato nel 2015 per un paio di notti e l'ho trovato curato e pulito. Per come sono abituato io ho trovato le camere un po' "minimal", ma confortevoli. Personale molto gentile disponibile, un ricco buffet per la colazione. Posizione tranquilla a due passi dal centro e dalla stazione di Norreport, per chi ha esigenza di muoversi. Esperienza positiva.
