::I took in my company MacBook Pro to have its hard drive replaced, and in spite of specifically asking for the old hard drive to be returned because it contained sensitive data, it wasn't. The store claimed that this wasn't possible, but could not explain why I wasn't told this. They also offered me no compensation or discount. I will not use Humac again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

::Lang ventetid. Personalet står bare og kigger. ud i luften. Arrogant mandling medarbejder, der udtalte en masse om, at han "havde arbejdet for Trygdanmark" og hans blik var fjendtligt og han direkte latterliggjorde os. På den baggrund gik vi og har nu købt vores varer et andet sted.

::Been here to get my iPad Air 2 fixed, that simply didn’t start anymore. The first visit was one week ago to ask about the options, and I got informed it can be exchanged for 2800 kr. So I handed it in on Monday, got a quote by email on Tuesday that it will cost 3200 kr. to replace it, and it will cost me 400 kr. if I just wanted my broken iPad back. I was baffled, but accepted at first (which probably was a mistake), and sent a second email later that I was disappointed that they just added 400 kr., allegedly to diagnose that the iPad was broken. I did not get a response to that second email, but only an invoice over 3200 kr., together with the message that I could fetch my iPad. Went to the store again today, talked with the staff there; they were professional, called their boss, but he insisted that since I had accepted, I would have to pay. I eventually gave in and bought my iPad back for too much money. By the way, the official price to replace an iPad Air 2 is listed on apple.dk as 2692,25 kr.

::Jeg afleverede min mac til reparation (som var dækket af Apple) Men pludselig havde den en række nye fejl som skulle laves, og som ville koste mig over 5000 kr !! Største snydebutik jeg længe har mødt (på trods af den er autoriseret af Apple??)
