  The rooms are too warm, there's no air conditioning it's dirty in the halls and there are loud drunk people in the reception/bar. Nice and soft beds though.. but that doesn't help when you are too warm in the room. MOST IMPORTANTLY if you open the windows the LOUD sound of the trains will keep you up

  Great location just next to Østerport station. The hotel is newly renovated so the room was really nice and the interior was too compared to the price. We were three overnight guest in a room with a queen size bed and one bunk bed. Receptionist could be a bit more welcoming.

  Nice hotel in the centre of Copenhagen. The staff was very friendly, and our room was clean. Although they had renovations going on, it was very quiet, except the trains going by next to the hotel. I expected to be disturbed by them by night, but that was not the case. It is well situated, to the Little Mermaid it took us 15 min to walk, to the city centre(Rundetarn) 20 min.

  It’s good hotel. Love the location across the street from main train station, direct from airport. 24 min Walk from downtown.. Make sure you are not on the railway side “right” it’s noisy. But it’s being renovated now, the design looks woow.. let’s wait and see, I could give it 5 stars when they finish renovation. Decent breakfast is additional cost.

  We stayed at this hotel mainly because it was mid-range. The train tracks are right next to the hotel, but it doesn’t make too much noise if you keep your Juliette balcony door closed. Enjoyed our stay here, it’s clean and does the job. Not central but nothing in Copenhagen seems to be too far away. Close to Østerport station and The Little Mermaid. Would stay here again!
