  I had a wonderful experience at Copenhagen airport. I visited whilst transferring between flights. The transfer instructions were simple and concise. The airport was huge and had an extensive range of high and low range retail shops. Definitely something for everyone there. Airport was clean and easy to follow.

  It was a very good experience going through passport control, which was very swift, and also when I needed to get a ticket for the Metro, I was offered help by a wonderful lady (ticket attendant) who explained everything clearly to me in English and also helped me to buy the tickets as well.

  I always had good experiences at CPH in the past but apparently things are getting more hectic day by day. The main issue is that as they are expending the airport and increasing the number of gates they are trying to keep passenger traffic through one security gate where you always have to wait 20 - 40 minutes in the line depending on when you travel. After you get through the security, for some flights you need to walk at least 15 minutes to reach your gate. It is apparent that another passenger terminal towards east is indispensable.

  Got to admit, I do love this airport. Staff are friendly and the place seems well organised, lack of plug sockets in alot of areas but whilst waiting for a flight I tend to just find an empty gate and use the sockets there. This is certainly one of the better airports.
