  Went there recently for a manicure and got out with two bleeding, hurting nail beds. I havn't experienced such a painful manicure before ever! They charged me the full price. After confronting the owner by E-mail+fotos, I received an E-mail back, saying that would be normal-thinks like that happen, and they could give me nail oil to ease the pain, which isn't doing anything good for an open wound. I am sorry but I really cannot recommend this place.

  Went to have facial and waxing, thought it was weird doing the waxing after the facial, bit expensive and probably fine if you don't mind having skin removed along with the wee Mo on your upper lip... See photo

  worst experience ever, Nanna does not know what she is doing, she does not understand how to serve a client, she is very superficial and she is capable of leaving marks and rashes from simple waxes, I don't usually leave reviews but this is beyond acceptable, I really want to warn if you chose to go to this clinic try maybe someone else but be aware, that cosmetician Nanna is very limited in her skills, plus that the clinic's rooms are based in a basement with very bad lightning so they can't even make sure they actually give a service that is satisfactory because they can't see too well the skin or hair areas, they would even tell you that is the light the reason... to excuse themselves should it go bad, which it did.
