::Susanna and Jens are very warm and experienced teachers! Great inspiring practice atmosphere! The spirit of Mysore is truly present in this shall. I feel fortunate to have been able to practice there in the past- and this was also the place where I first met Gwendoline Hunt, sometimes in 2001. I totally recommend it for the people interested in a traditional Mysore style approach, with teachers actively in touch with the lineage.

::I can warmly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to practice a demanding form of yoga. The staff is very friendly and they will help you to get that little extra out of your practice. Why I do not give it 5 stars is because I felt a bit pushed. I had some yoga background so maybe I was a special case :) Really nice place !
